How do we find fullness through work?

Are you unfulfilled in your job? Do you feel like you want to apply your skills to something meaningful but are not sure what? Or how? Or are you looking for what’s next but not sure what it is?

This workshop is meant to help you find fullness in the realm of work and career.

Together, we’ll explore what meaningful work means to you. We’ll look at the gifts you want to put to use and unlock deeper desires around why and what work matters to you. We’ll even look at limiting beliefs around what work you this is possible.

More than just a course, this is a space of connection and for creative peers and mentors to share support and the wisdom they’ve gathered along their path.

What this is:

  • A space to pursue what’s most meaningful and fulfilling for you

  • A space to get vulnerable in admitting what you really want and why

  • A space to connect and support others along the same path of living more fully

What it’s not:

  • A place to promote or hustle projects

  • A place to think only about career - as opposed to deeper intrinsic motives

  • A place to stay in your comfort zone and network

What to Expect

Develop a Vision It’s easy talk in broad strokes about wanting “a meaningful job” but a big part of realizing it is in understanding what you want to feel, setting clear intentions/requests and understanding your why. We’ll go through visioning and exploratory exercises to help you get clear on what you actually want for your life.

Address Blockers We have a lot of beliefs about what we want, why, and how it is that can happen. We’ll shine light on where we’re holding ourselves back through what we believe is possible and how to address and nourish our underlying fears, concerns, and limiting assumptions.

Outline Actions Nothing happens without taking charge of your life. Here we’ll outline what steps you can take to create the work life you love.

Cultivate Support Along the way, we’ll create spaces for conversation, connection, sharing and support from your peers. In doing so, we’ll gain feedback in the form of reflection, insight and even connections to help us create a more fulfilling life at work.
